CSR Cell, University of Allahabd in association with Dayananda Sagar University, Banglore(DSU) organized a special workshop on "INDUSTRY 4.0 - NEW AGE CAREER" for the students of Department of Commerce and Business Administration, University of Allahabad by Dr. Shweta Tiwari(Management Faculty at DSU, Bangalore and CEO of Amitiel Consultants).

Prof. R.S. Singh, Head and Director, Department of Commerce and Business Administration and Training & Placement Officer Dr. Ekta Verma welcomed our esteemed guest Dr. Shweta Tiwari, Mr. Vivek Singh, Ms. Astha Gupta.

Dr. Shweta Tiwari began her session in the most basic form of an interaction where she elaborated on the reality of a "Volatile-Uncertain-Complex-Ambiguous" world.

The session imparted the significance of resilience and the values of lateral thinking in this modern dynamic world, people of any age group must embrace this dynamicity and take decisions that define their career. Soft skills, self-management are some of the basic pillars which differentiates wheat from the chaff.

The session ended with Q&A session, answering and clarifying the students' approach on business plan and start-up management.
