TAPS (Training and Placement Services)

The placement season both for jobs and summer internship is an integral part of any business school’s annual calendar of activities. In order to facilitate this process in a systematic and organized manner. MONIRBA has TAPS to channelize and integrate student’s aspirations with that of corporate expectations. TAPS comprises of  students  from the first and second year of our MBA programme. The activities of the placement cell at MONIRBA are co-ordinated by the members of TAPS and headed by the training and placement officer.

MONIRBA is an institute which recognises changing needs of corporate world. To cater them in a better way a team of students have taken up the challenging responsibility of frequent updations of the upcoming and recent events on the institute's website. The committee also plays a role of providing a platform for encouraging IT creativity as the students also help in designing and redesigning of it on a regular basis.

CULTURAL COMMITTEE

India, as we all know is a land of diverse cultures. Amongst the many strengths that MONIRBA has garnered as an institute for itself, one of it is the diversity of its students.The cultural comittee aims to provide a platform not only to strengthen interpersonal bonds despite multiculturism, but also an oppurtunity to showcase talent. The members of the cultural committee assure that they are able to build a milieu which is conducive in bringing out the creativity of students and enable them with the confidence of carving their own niche in the crowd. For this, the cultural committee organizes various activities from time to time as well as encourages students to participate in intercollegiate events as well.

CAMPUS MAINTAINANCE COMMITTEE

“Cleanliness is next to Godliness” – driven by this maxim, students at MONIRBA collaborate with the class four employees to make sure that the campus always adorns a spic and span look. The strength of the committee lies in the fact that it elucidates to students the fact as to how a manager has to go about getting things done with and through other people.

INDUSTRIAL - INTERACTION COMMITTEE

The curriculum of any MBA institute is incomplete without a face-off with the corporate sector. We, at MONIRBA acknowledge the fact that academic knowledge has to be coupled with the awareness of the ups and downs that generate ripples not only across India Inc. but international arena as well. The activities of this committee include organizing industrial tours and interactive sessions with top honchos of the corporate world.
